Pool practice, pool practice, 5k, pool practice, 5k, pool practice.  And so it goes until we hit the water…

Gym workouts will begin in February and then you’ll wish we were back at the pool.  Then, when we’re at the pool, you’ll wish we were at the gym.  The cycle repeats.  Winter training is nothing if not fun and sweaty with a few freezing 5ks thrown in just to mix things up.

We’ll hit the water lean and mean and ready for our 6-miler on the Charles. Sometimes, its hard to believe its ever warm here.
